Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for selling Cleartel Communications products to customers
   within an assigned territory and/or assigned accounts.
* Carries a quota responsibility
* Solicits orders from present and prospective customers.
* Formulates and implements plans to acquire new customers as directed
   by the affiliate sales manager and/or director
* Seeks new uses and applications for company products with present and
   prospective customers.
* Advises management promptly of situations beyond assigned authority.

Collections Representative

Customer Service Technician

Provide customer service by receiving incoming service calls from residential and business customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to first-level technical support for e-mail configuration, dial-up / dedicated connectivity, and web hosting. Supervision is received from the lead Customer Technician, Customer Service Supervisors, and Customer Service Managers. Contacts include all internal departments and all types of customers, dealers, agents, and vendors. May also cross train in many Voice products support, Repair and Provisioning functions and provide assistance as demand warrants.

Customer Service Representative
